CarbonBiz

An organization-wide carbon accounting platform: activity data across Scope 1, 2 and 3 in, standards-aligned emission reports out — with a built-in verifier portal that brings external validation bodies into the same system, built with TGO platform certification readiness in mind.

The challenge

Organizations now face carbon disclosure demands from several directions at once — TGO CFO submissions, GHG Protocol accounting, GRI, TCFD, CDP, SET ESG — each with its own forms, factors and deadlines. Activity data sits in spreadsheets, emission factors change every year, and the numbers eventually have to survive independent verification.

Our approach

  • A structured model for activity data across all three scopes, with Scope 3 covering every one of the 15 categories
  • Automated CO₂e calculation from a library of 116 emission factors (TGO, IPCC AR5, DEFRA), each carrying its source citation and GWP version
  • Submission-ready exports for TGO CFO Version 07, alongside GRI 305, TCFD, CDP and SBTi target tracking
  • A built-in verifier portal that invites external validation bodies (VVB) into the system with scoped, read-only access over a frozen data snapshot, following ISO 14064-3
  • A retrieval-based help assistant that runs entirely in the browser — no external LLM, PDPA-safe

The result

A single platform that carries an organization from its first activity entry to a board-ready, standards-aligned report — and keeps the data ready for independent verification and eventual TGO platform registration.
