This policy explains what personal data iBiztech collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to answer your enquiries.
Who we are
iBiztech (ไอบิซเทค) is an independent software studio based in Bangkok, Thailand. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at developer@ibiztech.co.th.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through the project enquiry form: your name, email address, and the project description you choose to share.
Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used only to keep the site secure and running.
A theme preference stored locally in your browser. It never leaves your device and is not linked to you.
How we use it
We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties for their own use. We rely on a small number of service providers, for hosting and email, who process data only on our instructions.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting project, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email developer@ibiztech.co.th.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
